Distributor membership eligibility requirements: A firm or business that has a portion of their business constituting the wholesale distribution of lawn and garden goods and/or services of which its outlets are not affiliated with such members. ("Unaffiliated Outlets"). For the purposes of these eligibility requirements, the term "affiliated" shall mean any entity, which controls, is controlled by, and/or is under common control with the entity being considered.

Please enclose a check for Annual Dues in the amount of $1,000.00 (US Funds) when submitting application.
